Right now, I'm trusting in Bob Nyswonger. I just got back from seeing the Bears and, damn, but I'd never noticed how heavy a bass player Bob is before. I mean, when you're competing with Adrian Belew and Rob Fetters on stringed things, you gotta have something going for you to even hold your own, but DAMN, Bob could be a fitting fill-in for John Entwistle if he felt like it. (The recording seems to have come out pretty damn nicely, too - they were *L*O*U*D* and I worried about levels, but there's only a few seconds' worth of meter-pegging during the last song - couldn't have really hoped for any better, being kinda unfamiliar with the scale on the M-Audio recorder's level meter.)

The Bears fucki' rule this and several paralell universes. Nyswonger is a cool guy, too. I met him years ago and enjoyed talking to him a lot. Thew other gu7s too.
