I've got a bit of tendonitis in both hands. I can still play, but I prefer to play bass with the brace on. It gets in the way when I play lead guitar, but it's easier to do that anyway. I usually get by fine, but on our Massachusetts trip, I spent half an hour in the middle of the gig trying to play bass with three fingers on my right hand locked up. Loads of fun. :)

What a great looking little girl, appears to be full of life and maybe a bit of mischief, too.
Tendenitis does not bode well for a guitarist. Or, I guess, playing the guitar could be just the therapy needed.
You guys really should play in Atlanta, sometime. I'd go to hear you, which according to the entertainment venue, probably would be a first for me.

That's the most confusing post I've ever seen. It has a picture. That I understand. But there's no text. There's just a heading and it's not complete. It got my attention, though. The kid and I... The kid and you what? I really wanted to find out. The kid and I love hurling hamburgers onto Old Man Carmichael's lawn? There must be something.
Now I'm going to spend the rest of the day thinking about it. About that, and swallowing. I went for an MRI today. I was told to keep my head still. No problem. I did that just fine for the first round. But I was also told not to swallow. Fine. I didn't swallow.
Then the next scan started. I started salivating like crazy. I tried not to swallow, bt it made my neck quiver. When I did swallow, it was like when you are swallowing a giant pill, and your tongue and throat are saying no to you, so you end up with a giant gulp. The scan was not usable.
Finally, after they locked down my head, I just swallowed at will. When I let myself swallow normally, it was pretty gentle, and the guy couldn't even tell. Now don't think of elephants; I'll be swallowing every few seconds for the rest of the day.
